Leadanta (“we”, “us”) is a product of Techtrail Labs. We collect only the information you provide voluntarily through our contact and proposal forms. This policy explains how we use it.

What we collect

Information you submit via the short form or proposal form (name, email, phone, business details, project answers).
Anonymous analytics data (page views, basic device info) via Google Analytics 4.
Heatmap and click data via Microsoft Clarity to improve site usability.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
To improve our website and services.
To send you relevant follow-up if you have explicitly opted in.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where we store it

Lead data is stored in a secure cloud database managed by Leadanta, isolated and access-controlled. We retain it for up to 18 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@leadanta.com.
Under India’s DPDP Act 2023 and the EU GDPR, you have rights to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data.
